How does email archiving work?
Emails are archived by sending a copy to your secure archive address. This can be done via BCC or integrations. Each message is captured, stored in its original format, and indexed for fast search and retrieval.
Will this affect our existing email workflows?
No. Archiving works alongside your existing systems. You simply add an archive address to your emails or integrate via API or S3, without changing how your team sends or receives messages.
Can we search and retrieve emails easily?
Yes. You can search archived emails by recipient, date, subject, custom reference IDs, or tags. Results are returned quickly, even across large datasets.
How long are emails stored?
You control your retention policies. Emails can be stored for a defined period (e.g. 1 year, 7 years) or indefinitely, depending on your business and compliance requirements.
Can we place emails on legal hold?
Yes. You can apply legal holds to prevent specific messages or datasets from being deleted, ensuring compliance during audits, investigations, or disputes.
Is our data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled through role-based permissions via enterprise SSO integrations, and all actions are logged to provide full audit visibility.
Where is our data stored?
Your data is securely stored in cloud infrastructure designed for high durability and availability. You can select or confirm your data region based on your compliance requirements.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on usage, including the number of messages archived and the storage used. This ensures you only pay for what you need, with predictable scaling as your archive grows.
Does this replace our email provider?
No. This platform complements your existing email system by securely archiving messages. It does not replace your email service provider.
